Yeah, but nothing very off-the-wall or revolutionary. Just some popular stuff I've come across from time to time. I love the soundtrack to Diwale Dulhania Le Jayenge:

Especially this one:

I highly recommend that movie, by the way, it was a huge hit in India and is a wonderful romantic comedy, one of my personal favorites.

Also, I like Hugo:

I find that video very pleasing, too. It's another of my favorite songs.

And most recently, The Alfee. Here's a couple of favorites.

Brave Love:

Juliet:

I also enjoy learning to sing along for some reason. I just get a kick out of riding along singing,

"Ai suru tame ni bravely fight!
akiramenai de destiny
yakusoku sareta basho ga
kokoro no utopia
mirai wa keshite
kimi wo uragiranai"

Even though I have no clue what it means. Except for utopia. I know that one.

I have learned whole songs phonetically in Irish Gaelic (I still think I'm getting it wrong, it's one of the hardest languages I've come across to pronounce based upon the spelling) and Hawaiian (much easier, learned "He Mele no Lilo"). Indian still has me defeated somewhat but I'm making headway with Japanese. Italian's not too bad either.

I happen to be a J-rock/J-pop aficionado. Currenty I've been listening to a lot of songs by May'n, a Japanese artist who is the real voice behind most of the songs sung by Sheryl Nome, a pop idol character from the anime Macross Frontier. Here are a few of her songs:

May'n - Don't be Late

May'n - Infinity

May'n - Welcome to My Fan Club's Night!

May'n - Northern Cross (the guitar solo intro totally rocks on this one!)

@blackomen: Aya Hirano, isn't she the artist behind "Motteke! Sailor Fuku"? You know, the cute really high pitched song at the beginning of the anime Lucky Star, with all of the characters doing the cheer dance?

Don't ask me how I know that...

I was boggled by this one until I realized... If English isn't your native language, then this fits the topic.

Or as I heard in "Money from Home":

"Hey, you're a foreigner!"
"Only in this country."

you all are into unusual stuff.

I invented my own mixed drink, a variation on a screw driver- any citrus wine
cooler- spiked with a little vodka-- while hanging with some hardcore
drinking buddies. I named it "a Siberian Surfer".
So its nice to know that a Russian band called "the Red Elvis's" has a song
of almost the same name.

I like the late isreali pop diva Ofra Haza ( exotic in looks as well in sound).

Flamenco rock ( Spanish in style but usually recorded in France) the Gypsy Kings, Alabina, alex fox.

I like the african band Zap Mama. Much else; Irish rocknroll.

I do listen to foreign music. German Rock is very much great, but if I live in California, does Canadian and English music count?

I also listen to the late Ali Farka Toure a Desert Blues Singer from Mali
and every Sturday night I catch an hour of Thistle & Shamrock on my local NPR station followed by Echoes which
plays world and ambient music through the night.

Ah, Central Asia. One of my big obsessions.
