How about "Surfing Bird"? That one is AWFUL! I mean, it's the same sentence (if you can call it that) ad nauseum. For those who have been spared this song, I will give you the lyrics: "Bird, bird, bird, bird is the word" (repeat until you've annoyed everyone in the known universe).

I despise Taking Care of Buisness! I don't like What I Like About You because he starts whispering and it sounds freaky. Also Landside because stupid magic 101.9 won't stop playing the same songs over and over again! :evil: . There's another song but I can't remember the name.

anything bowie did in the late 80s..particularly every song on the album Never Let Me Down. please don't be mad, bowie fans..i love bowie, but that album is just god awful

Yes! That is a truly abysmal album. Couldn't get through it the first time I tried listening to it, and I love Bowie to death. I gave up sometime during Mickey Rourke's rap section on "Shining Star (Makin' My Love)". *shudder*
Even the cover art is icky.

Anyway, for worst/most annoying songs, I'd like to nominate "Achy Breaky Heart" by Billy Ray Cyrus, "Breakfast at Tiffany's" by Deep Blue Something (dunno why, but that song is like nails on a chalkboard for me), and "What's Up" by 4 Non Blondes.

Oh yeah, what kind of a song is that, anyway? I thought Nickelodeon's Rugrats in Paris movie was supposed to just be a music video for that song and that it would loop over and over and over... again... Frankly, I don't know what the heck that song has to do with the movie anyway. :roll:

"Bad To The Bone" was at least a half decent song when Bo Diddley originally did it as "Mannish Boy".

I've got a CD where this song is being covered by a band that's really REM with Warren Zevon on lead vocals. It's actually really not bad, although not fantastic either.
