10 or 11 hz or even 13 or 18 hz is oftly low in pitch.the lowest note on a base guitar is 41 or so hz.the lowest not on a piano is A 27.5 four octave lower than A 440

here is your scale in microtones:1 10hz a microtone between D# and E. 2 13.75 hz: A pure dead on. 3:17.5 hz a microtone between C# and D. 4: 22.25 hz a microtone between F and F#

I was using 10 due to its convenience as an example.
