Like hell anyone's going to listen to all these albums we're all listing. But there are a few I could list. There aren't 10 though.

Please note that, from the following list, I would only consider Breakfast in America, Fragile, and the U.S. release of Power, Corruption and Lies as being utterly flawless.

Magdalena's Top Predominantly English-language Albums (in no particular order):

Breakfast in America - Supertramp
Power, Corruption and Lies (U.S. version) - New Order (Yay for "Blue Monday!")
Substance 1987 - New Order
Discovery - Daft Punk
The Sound of the Smiths - The Smiths
Fragile - Yes

it is indeed! :D I love every minute of it, but might be just because it reminds me of some good times.

I actually bought it on tape, listened to it whole summer on a beaten down little player while travelling with a few friends. eventually the tape got sucked into the player :-/ I then bought the CD which got stolen a few years later. I think I'll buy it on vinyl one of these days.

13's an excellent Blur album.

Going to see them live in August, and sing "Tender" and "Coffee & TV" as loud as I can. :D

Hyde Park.

It's part of the closing ceremony for the London Olympics. You might see me in the crowd.

1. Arcturus - The Sham Mirrors
2. Autumn Leaves - As Night Conquers Day
3. Urizen - Autocratopolis
4. Leprous - Tall Poppy Syndrome
5. Be'lakor - Stone's Reach
6. Noumena - Anatomy of Life
7. Persefone - Core
8. Eternal Tears of Sorrow - A Virgin and a Whore
9. Ikuinen Kaamos - Closure
10. Estradasphere - It's Understood

Pretty rough, I may make some changes.

People who think the 00's was a bad decade for metal need to listen to some of these albums.
