Mine is wallpaper art from the game Tekken 6, more specifically the character Armor King. I mainly picked him because I think he looks cool, with that jaguar mask of his.

Dang, does that ever sound like a shallow motivation to pick a desktop wallpaper.

I use a tiling window manager, so my applications always completely fill the screen.

My terminal windows do have a background image though; it's a random selection from a folder full of manga images.

It doesn't move, but that would be cool. It's a background I got off of Deviantart.

My desktop has art of the eleven Doctor's (of Doctor Who)... but as cats. My laptop has an alien landscape. (my phone has a man in a labcoat with a cartoon dinosaur on a lead).

My desktop background is actually the same as my avatar lol. I like it because it reminds me of just how beautiful this world can be, and always makes me feel a bit better when I look at it.

My desktop is a photo of the highrises of downtown Vancouver which I took from the tip of Canada Place. It includes 200 Granville Square, Harbour Centre, the Scotia Tower, and the SeaBus terminal at Waterfront Station. I took it the summer of 2007, on my second visit to BC, just before I moved here.

I've always been the big, cuddly one in the family like Mick has always been the big and cuddly Kink. I'm also like a young version of sweet Mick in body, mind and spirit.

I like the symmetry and the color contrasts...very nice design as well. No special meaning, just beauty.
