Red Hot Chili Peppers do some good covers. I was specifically looking for this one (Stevie Wonder cover):

And listen to Calexico's "Alone Again Or..." I know a few other people have covered it, but this one's great. Especially at Rockpalast 2006, somewhere in Europe.

I heard somewhere that all of The Ramones songs were covers. Any truth to that?

Disturbed and In Flames tend to do really well with covers.

Another good one is Nonpoint's cover of In the Air tonight and their cover of Evil Ways.
