Aside from Les Mis' (being the sacred piece of musical masterpiece that it is) I'd have to say 'Evita'. Can't say that I particularly liked Madonna in the movie adaptation, though...'Rainbow High' just didn't have the same sassy kick.

Well, most of them make the screaming start in my head, especially mutilations of perfectly good stories. But I love Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge.

Althought I have only seen a couple of musicals I'd have to say Les Miserables as the story is great (the book is fantastic if not a tad long winded) and I also enjoyed many of the songs. They showed the stage version of it on the BBC a couple of years ago. I went through a period of being slightly interested in France and the French revolution so it appealed to that as well.

the musical episode of scrubs (my musical) was priceless.

sideshow was an interesting musical.
