Musician and Artist. Used to do a bit of writing too.

I try to be all four!! !

I'm an Autist

i guess I will elaborate...I do all kinds of art work, though in some ways my artistic skills are very deficiant..likesay...I am awful at perspective...i can do a decent protrait..cannot draw the human figure though to save my life...my landscapes all come out wrong too....I can design flyers and t-shirt designs...and do it all the time....there is my soft sculpture sock creatures I make...(but my sewing skills are limited. my handwriting is awful, but I (almost compulsively) make hand-lettered signs...I used to have an autobiographical comic strip and the level at which the quality of my artwork would go up and down was somewhat drastic. My mom is an artist...she went to art school and everything....i always stood out as one of the better artists in school and was always being recruited for special art projects since I was a kid..you'd think I'd be better at it by now

I have had an obsession with singing since I was a small child..and with stage performing...I would audition for plays when I was a kid and practice acting monologues all the time..(i got to go to these auditions because my mom's best friend worked in theatre) I was too fat and akward and strange to get any parts...but I loved it....I was in church and school choirs and then was in a summer youth program musical at age 11....(cats)....I was in a few Jr. high School plays and musicals...(my AS symptoms always made me sorta stand out to my stage teachers...who all though I was really weird).....Then I joined a band at 15 and have been in various bands ever since. I didn't pick up guitar very well till i was in my early 20's (and still don't play well...just well enough), I did not learn to play piano till age 25..and my skills go up and down, but my main obsession is the ukulele...which I guess I picked up around the age of 28 or 29.
I come from a very musical family...my dad sells pianos and can easily pick up most instruments...
I can't read music or anything like that..thoguh I have tried.

Writing....
I always sorta fancied myself to be some sort of writer...I have volumes and volumes of notebooks filled with scrawilings..used toobsessively keep a journal...have written a few articles for local small papers....write alot of songs......
I don't know how good any of it is though.

so for all of my talents I am somewhat mediocre....but THESE are the only things I am any good at at all.....

All three; I'm a musician (an oboe player), and artist (mainly do ceramics and some drawing) and I write.

Writer of lyrics.
Musician of music.

Writing and music are forms of art, so I guess you could say all three for me.

Im thinking off writing a book maybe a thriller i don't compose music but i love listening to it mariah please come on msn i've sent loads of pm's i need to talk to you please

I write. I used to be good at drawing, but didn't do much of it.

you left out acting. the main thing I do is write, but education-wise I go for acting. Singing goes hand in hand with that but I'm so self-conscious of my voice so I try to avoid it. I used to draw but I stopped because I got too frustrated with it and was generally unhappy with the results.

I dont understand how anyone can like being an artist, writer, musician, or actor/actress.
