Dave Matthews is a decent acoustic guitar player, but his singing sounds like a bunch of seals getting clubbed.

That made me laugh.

For me a tough choice between Pink Floyd / Beach Boys / Jeff Buckley.

I decided on THE BEACH BOYS ! !

I don’t have any of those albums other than Led Zep IV, but of the listed artists, my favorite ones are Kate Bush and Billie Holiday.

Have never heard music by Dennis Wilson, Elliot Smith, or Rufus Wainwright. I dig the music by Rufus’ father, Loudoun Wainwright III, though

I do have “Dub Side of the Moon”, by the Easy Star All Stars. I find it rather novel.

I'm torn between the Zeppelin, Floyd and Nick Drake. I think I'll probably go with Zeppelin though since that album covers a wide range of moods.

I don't understand the comparison of Nick Drake to Dave Matthews at all - I really don't like Dave Matthews but love Nick Drake.

I chose Dark side of the moon because I haven't heard the others.

The only one I've heard of out of that list is IV and Dark Side of The Moon.

Out of those 2?

IV, for sure. :)

Dark Side of The Moon is equally as good though. :)

Haha, damn man, what a list. But I'll take Led Zep, Pink Floyd and Billie Holiday with me, the rest I don't know or simply isn't my thing.
If I really have to take 1 I guess it'll be Dark Side Of The Moon.
