The Tragically Hip. They are the live band to see.

I'll be seeing Weird Al next week -- in Milwaukee, no less. The last concerts I saw were 5 Weird Al shows in Orange County, CA last July.

The last time I went to see a specific band live, it was Motorhead. However, I saw a whole bunch of bands at Download, the last one of course being Iron Maiden. The next band on my 'to see' list is *definately* NIN.

I caught the last 15 minutes of their show at a festival this summer. It was alright, but personally I think the live band to see is Tool.

But as for my last and next:
Last: Alice in Chains/ Velvet Revolver
Next: Finntroll

I haven't been to a concert since WaveAid in 2005. The last band that played that night was Midnight Oil so technically that was the last band I've seen live :P

My wishlist includes Tool and NIN

Did security at an OPM gig. Does that count? I was facing the other way, after all.

Went to battle of the bands last night.

I liked four of the ten quite a lot. . . pretty damn good showing.

My favorite, despite some cliche, was Fear liath mor- http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fu ... =160825531

All the songs they did last night were electric. . .

Forgotten Charity http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fu ... d=32929629
also made a pretty decent showing. . .

don't have links for the other two.

I love it when local bands don't suck.
