Sorry. I didn't mean it was for my artwork. I meant it was part of my job. I taught AP Fine Arts and Art History for a few years. I organised exhibits and coordinated with galleries, especially when universities from around the world came to offer scholarships and admission. Yes there is usually a crew to help.

Waiting to hear back from them is making me nervous. Obviously I feel nervous that I won't get accepted, because I really want to show my work. But I'm also kind of nervous that I will get accepted, because my friend has been having bad luck with art opportunities lately, and if I'm accepted for the first gallery show I apply to then I'll feel bad. They've been applying to all sorts of things, and they were also the person who told me about the one I just applied for.

I know they wouldn't be bitter or petty, but I think it might make them feel even worse about how they're doing.
