I plan to write a review on it.

I bought the book back in the beginning of November and read it in the spare time that I had over 2 days. I liked the book a lot, and some of the things that he did when he was a kid were remarkably similar to what I did. --The 'differant' stuff as well as the downright evil stuff.

Do you think it's best to let my son listen to it or read it, he is 14 going on 40? Can you get the audio from a library?

The audiobook is available from my local library, so you might be able to get ahold of it that way too if your library has audiobooks.
As for letting your son read/listen to it, I guess that's a tough bit of parental discretion. The book does seem a little mature, mostly because of language and reference to alcohol and drugs. But it's not terrible and doesn't advocate these things. In general, I would personally think it's fine for a mature 14-year-old, but I guess you should read/listen to it yourself before you make that call.

What do I know? I don't have any kids. If I do, I'll let them read whatever they want.

Funny, I'd put the book at the easy end of "harmless," the swearing doesn't bother me, and I think by the time you're 14 you need to understand drugs and alcohol (and sex) are a piece of life. He relates those in a factual way, which I think is the right thing to do.
I'd go for the print version - the audiobook is abridged, it's incomplete. I don't know what they cut from it, but I'm a completist, so I'd go for the full version where possible. That's just what I always do.
