Never liked McCartney, or his music style, I always loved Lennon and Harrison and Ringo

Musically I think I like Paul McCartney's tunes slightly more. He wrote really catchy bass lines.

But lyrically, and I guess experimentally... I'm starting to appreciate John Lennon's music more and more lately.

In particular my favorite Beatles songs are I'm Only Sleeping, though I'm no drugy so I'm probably not 'getting it', and I Want To Tell You. Which are a John Lennon and a George Harrison song.

I had to play that, such a feel good song. And yeah, Harrison had some great songs while with the Beatles too

I'd go with McCartney, great songs with both The Beatles and Wings.

I like Lennon and Harrison's music.

McCartney's music is just too commercial sounding.

Everytime I hear Paul's X-mas song on the radio station, I can never get it out of my head!! !:x

I like both. Paul McCartney is my favorite, but I also like John Lennon because he was a cat lover.

In the Beatles - Too difficult to say, since they were supposed to be working as a team.
Solo - McCartney, but that's not saying much

lol, after the Help album, they weren't mainstream pop

and RubberSoul! was really a turning from 'mainstream pop' and then Sgt Pepper changed what music was - (I was always a Rolling Stones fan) but the Beatles were a catalyst that crumbled mainstream pop.

Yeah, RubberSoul was the turning point. Don't forget Revolver! Stones were better cause they were awesome live. I actually saw them in Paris, 2006. They still got it :P
