I liked the previous one with the globe too (especially the light coming from inside it), but i think I like this one best. I like how the globe looks just like made of dark glass, with matte decorations on it, and casts a shadow onto the ground. One can sense its transparency and the way light goes through it. Also, it gives more of a realistic, 3-D impression that way. And yes, I have a weakness for glass spheres. :)

A good portion of my work is here, in my deviantart gallery. I'm a pretty varied artist, and I'm not one to produce quality work really.

I like the one about marrying coffee, my friend would love that one! (adding you to my friends list, I'm keeping a tab on any WP Deviants!)

Okay, cool! I've piled myself with work, and I'm falling behind! (new Routemaster Avatar for Cockney, a Starfox drawing for RedMage, it goes on...)

Very nice, they remind me of the game of marbles when I was a kid at school. I was never much good at them and I kept losing them. (then ones in the my marble bag that is, and not ones in my head)

Nice gradiants there, but I still like good old illustrator.

The top is largely illustrator but I used Photoshop to sphereize the background.
The bottom one is all illustrator. I made it a bit more subtle than the last one.

Yeah, I couldn't get it quite right, but the 3-D CG stuff in Bryce 5 is still neat.
