This cover may take some getting into at first, as the girl on the right has a voice that's very different from Monica, while the girl on the left kind of approximates Brandy's voice, so that changes the dynamic of the duet a lot. Still, I think it's a very cool effort.
On the left, we have Heidi Jutras, from Canada, (participated in Canadian Idol), on the right is Agnieszka Czyz, who was in this year's competition of The Voice Of Poland.

This one is pretty easy. It is a mix of percussion instruments in harmony with different lead synths and other sounds. The pictures with all kinds of weather are probably not from Goa, but nonetheless from earth and if you look closely you can see some people on one of the snowy mountains in fast forward.
