Maybe... my experience from other forums which had the identical thread... people are more easily checking a "what are u listening to" topic when the members don't just post a title. If we would all describe the song or give a bit of background information, the thread would be more interesting than just seeing a list of titles.

I listen to NOIR DESIR - Des Armes

Noir Désir are a French rock band who have been existing for over 20 years, selling lot of albums. They mostly bring hardrock music with French lyrics but Les Armes is one of their few ballads. Their singer Bertrand Cantat has been released from prison last week after 4 years of jail.

ECHOBELLY - King of the kerb



Echobelly (which means "hunger for change") is a UK based rock band fronted by Sonya Madan whose vocal style is often compared to Morrissey. Some critics even called her the female Morrissey. The band often writes rather intense lyrics about themes such as abortion and female oppression. Sonya has often been associated with feminism because of that.
