31-issue comic book series from 1977.

If I can't have a sequel to the John Carter movie, I'll get the next best thing.

I am currently reading Flags Of Our Fathers by James Bradley. It is about Iwo Jima, D-Day, and the flag raisers in that iconic photograph. James Bradley is actually the son of one of the flag raisers. I don't normally read non-fiction, but I am really enjoying this. It is scary what those boys walked into and went through on that island in 1945.

I'm reading "When Elephants Weep" by Jeffrey Masson and Susan McCarthy. It describes the emotional lives of animals, and I'm really fascinated by it, even if it can be very sad at times.

"Old Mortality" by Sir Walter Scott - a tale about wars with religious fanatics - somewhat still relevant

"My Friend Dahmer", which is written by Dahmer's former classmate, John Backderf.

I highly recommend to anyone who likes graphic novels and finds the events that lead up to a killing spree fascinating.

I am currently reading The Chase by Clive Cussler. It is a little different from his other books in that this one takes place in the past (1906 to be exact) but I am enjoying it so far.
