Right now I'm in Bass/Baritone land. I don't have my degree yet ( language requirement is slowing me down ) but I will have it by the end of the year. I've bene training as an opera singer for about seven years.

Do you feel comfortable performing on stage?

I have a new piece of music I just finished.

It's called Some Kinda Electronica.

As with all my music, this has a strong video game influence. So if that's your thing, check it out.

Actually yes for a few reasons.

1) My directors are usually pretty good at giving me very specific instructions so I usually don't have to feel uncomfortable with creative decisions.

2) I'm blind as a bat, so I can't really see the audience.

3) Everything is already written down for me so I don't have to make stuff up on the spot.

I do very well on the stage and I do very well in a teaching position (lecturing from pre-written material, and most questions aren't too hard to field) I have the most trouble off the stage during the meet and greet phase of performances.

I've started to delve into ambient/noise type work with "Wires of Dawn" and "Split Pin". Sadly, they sound quite low quality on the player compared to the originals, so a lot of the subtleties are sort of lost.

A canon I write on one night, while I thinking in a cute and NT girl

The canon is the most primitive form of counterpoint. A voice called "Leader" exposes a theme, and the remaining voices copy that teme with a desfase.

Enjoy!

I make dark electro/industrial and have 4 albums out. Have also worked with a lot of other artists. Link in signature. Are you putting together a compilation?

For all the newer members (within the last six months or so), my personal "musician's showcase" is available here: http://www.inspiringopera.com. (I don't play, I just write and synthesize.)

I just uploaded a track (The Wires of Dawn) at Newgrounds audio portal. Much better quality than the Myspace player.

Hi, I have some songs that I have recorded that you can find if you search for clowns in rehab in myspace music.

  • Paradise Gardens Caretaker - I had a dream of eternity, of a forest couldn't die. / I had a dream forever young within the truest lie.
  • Prodigy - A musical interpretation of my life as I remember it from infancy to age 17. Unnecessarily dramatic, perhaps, but it hits the right emotions for me. 24 seconds = 1 year.
  • Asperger - WARNING: Through earbuds or circumaural headphones, your inner ear may be literally tickled, which may be disturbing.
  • The Alibno - Just indulging my unrequited love of the piano for the sake of my oldest roleplaying alter-ego.
  • The Artist - I enjoy attempting 'themes' of people around me, and this is an attempt to understand how my present partner of nine years thinks. It is missing an important aspect of her apparent thought processes that I wasn't sure how to musically manifest, but I'm fond of it nonetheless.
  • Subconscious - Contumacious little thing. Fed up with intellect stealing all its jobs, perhaps.
  • Incomplete Thought - The cessation of consciousness as I imagine it occurring to me in the event of my death. Inspired by watching my paternal grandfather die.
  • New Life - We know better than to try it in our present residence and financial straits, but this is my desire to be a father, and reasoning thereof, musically encoded. Or so I fancy. One new life is created.
