I enjoy most of her songs, although I think some of them come across as a bit monotonous if you over listen to them, (which is very easy to do). Sometimes I listen to 'Born This Way' and pretend it's about the autistics.
I listen to "born this way" -that way as well.
Its much like the seventies' disco hit by McFadden and Whitehead "Ain't No Stoppin' Us Now".
Though its obvious to any listener that ANSUN was addressed to African Americans from an African America songwriting duo-it is written in such a way that anyone can take inspiration from it regardless of their skin color- especially if they have had difficulties to over come.
Its a free country- we autistics can claim any song we choose as our own anthems- I say! Whether the songs in question were written for us or not!
Lady GaGa wouldnt mind anyway. And I dont think mcfadden and whitehead would either.
I liked her music in an objective way at first. Im a party deejay, and her hit songs are reliable tools to pack the dance floor in a pinch.
But I have gotten to like her as an artiist . And she has an interesting quirky look that I find attractive.
I like her old pics with her natural hair color.
So i am becoming an actual fan .
Though I do admit that if you listen to her away from a nite club or a wedding reception dance floor her music can sound a bit repetitive and monotonous (like most dance music).
