Kanye West has Bipolar
I hate some of Kanye's viewpoints and antics - I've felt pretty frustrated and almost betrayed hearing his comments about Trump and Bill Cosby, and all the sexist banter in many of his songs annoys me. But I can't say that I don't relate to the dude, or feel inspired by his work. He has synesthesia, he was put in a behavior class with dyslexic kids in high school, he dropped out of college, he catches flak for being too blunt and brash in public. His album My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy was the first hip-hop album I got into as someone who grew up more with classic rock and indie rock - nowadays hip-hop is one of my favorite genres.
And he can sing well without auto-tune when he chooses to - songs like "Runaway" and "Ghost Town" illustrate that. I think he uses auto-tune and vocoders to achieve a futuristic/sci-fi effect, and not just to cover up deficiencies in his singing voice. That being said, I do "miss the old Kanye" - "George Bush doesn't care about black people!" was a way better look than "slavery is a choice"...
In my opinion, the old Kanye came back. Music wise though. But I do like his republican point of view, I'd honestly rather have him be conservative than liberal.
How did the old Kanye come back? His music has a completely different sound. My favorite album of his is graduation. It doesn't sound like that or any of the earlier albums. The album from old Kanye that ye and kids see ghosts are closest to would be my beautiful dark twisted fantasy and even that is way better than his recent work and is pretty different.
Ok, not completely. But he did come back more than he did on TLOP on Ye

I wouldn't exactly call Kanye a conservative. He recently signed a lesbian Latina artist (070 Shake) to GOOD Music, he's linked to Adam Curtis' The Century of the Self and the UN sustainable development goals charter on Twitter recently, and he produced a track for Pusha-T that featured some anti-Trump lyrics. He seems like a "radical centrist" to me, trying to appeal to both sides equally somehow and messing up in many people's eyes in the process. Hence the lines from Kid Cudi in Ghost Town - "I've been trying, to make you love me, but everything I try just takes you farther from me".
Anyways, I would agree that he's been more in the "old Kanye" mode on some of his newer music, especially Kids See Ghosts. The verses on "Wouldn't Leave" off Ye also have almost an 00s Kanye vibe at times, tho that album also has some more Pablo-ish vibes on tracks like "Yikes".

You're acting like all conservative's are homophobic. No, they are not. But I think he is right-centrist

He could have any medical or mental condition that makes a person think that he or she has talent; when in reality, they are only in a close relationship with a more popular person, and they want to be noticed.
According to your logic, aspies should have to understand social cues, and should not say "but I have aspergers" when they don't know what is socially inappropriate or not. And wtf are you on about, KANYE WEST IS THE REASON KIM KARDASHIAN IS STAYING RELEVANT, Kanye is way more famous than Kim Kardashian. And Kanye West does have a lot of talent, listen to his albums College Dropout and Graduation. And I was guessing for the schizophrenia thing, didn't mean to sound like a doctor.
Just read the lyrics for sonts on this College drop out album, and even there he could not resist objectifying women or going on and on about his dick...and some kind of belief that he's the best rapper there ever was. Some of the content was not bad...but anytime I thought, oh maybe this isn't so bad, he ruins it with his arrogance, obsession with his own dick and constantly objectifying women. Not to mention some of his songs are basically just rap porn...and its kinda gross.
Not every women in the world wants to suck your dick or strip for you Kanye...get over yourself. Is what I might say to him if I was to meet him.

Do his republican views you like include 'slavery was a choice'?
