Snap music in general. It was slightly amusing at first, but it just won't end.

50 cent, kanye west. how the hell those guys get nominations for album of the year over radiohead's in rainbows is beyond me.

Ouch. Kanye transcends genres that's why he's on all the lists. And he's good. I saw In Rainbows make most everyone's lists, top tens as well, maybe you're seeing the wrong lists?

Subject: Nickleback x forever. Lyrics that my cousin could write when she was five rarely sit well with me.

I hate mainstream rap, pop, Disney crap, and R&B.

Why, oh why, won't electronic get on the lists anymore in America?

Hey there Delilah gets my vote. The missus has that as her ring tone...sigh...;)

Some song I've already made fun of, don't know the name, but it's something about 'no one can get in the way of what I'm feeling'...;) The chords from 'Small Town Girl' by Journey, over the beat for 'Closer to God' by 9" Nails...;)

Souljah boy. The granddaughter loves it (16 months), so it's the 'put it on to shut her up' song...heard it so many times I had to do this...;)

The umbrella song, definitely. I did another pic called 'ape ape, under my umberella' Pulled it from the gallery because it didn't get enough hits...;)

When I was a kid, the song "It's a small small world" by Disney drove me starkers. I thought the North Koreans were using it for psyops...;)

"My Humps" by the Black Eyed Peas

I am not hating on the B-E-P, but I just hate that song in particular.

I know this is from a while ago, but Hoobastank's "The Reason" may be the worst song to become ubiquitous on the radio in recent years. Also "I'm in Luv wit a Stripper" was pretty bad, but it can't be called the worst because it's hilarious.

UNDER MY UMBRELLA ELLA ELLA EH EH EH UNDER MY UMBRELLA ELLA ELLA ELLA EH EH EH EH EH.......

FECK OFF.

Seriously, I don't listen to radio because I dislike most radio music so much. But I still hate that song and am sick of it.

I mean, really, can you get more inane lyrics?!

Agree, so so SO agree on that Gwen Stefani one. The Sweet Escape. I can't stand Akon's vocals in it. Or hers, for that matter.

This is more of a local band issue but I can't escape the Dropkick Murphys. Every station around here overplays them and their music has a tendancy to grate on my last nerve. I thought I escaped it with the Music Choice channels on TV and even they were playing their songs on a regular rotation. I could go a lifetime without hearing another bagpipe...

I don't listen to the radio, but the song "Crank That" makes me seethe with rage. That, or anything by Britney Spears.

Here in Louisiana, we get Cajun music. Just imagine Country music three times as bad, and you get this stuff.
