Made this as a PSA to anyone who wants to be my friend; it was in reaction what has happened to me when making friends these past few years.

if you understand that pictorial shamozzle, then you have a finer brain than i do.

it makes no real sense to me.

the first pic says asian women are not equal to normal women.
the second pic says that asian women are not good mothers.
the third pic says something illegible about the "sheen" fellow.
the 4th pic says that gibson is not asian
the 5th pic says asian women are not beautiful,
and the 6th pic says asian women are not garbage.

do not despair. i am far removed from your average audience, and they are probably unlikely to be as bewildered as i am as to what the picture you posted means.

I didn't say that. The point was:
I am NOT comparable to either Casey Anthony, Charlie Sheen, Charlie Sheen, Mel Gibson, The Octomom, Lindsay Lohan, and I am NOT garbage. In other words, I should NEVER be compared to those guys. The guy on the left of those pics is me, it's an old pic of me taken in 2009.

Sorry about that, rant over. Moving on:

This is representative of my art style, a style I have not strayed away from in 13 years; the Garfield style. :D

Chrysanthemum

Image

This is a painting of a type of chrysanthemum. This is one of the most varied members of the daisy family. Although this looks like a daisy, it is a chrysanthemum. In some cultures these flowers are used as gifts for the dead, especially children.

Here is a little list of some examples of chrysanthemum lore:

1. In Germany chrysanthemums are considered to be unlucky; they’re associated with funerals [Mettlach, Germany, August 2004].

2. Brompton Cemetery, London, All Saints Day (1 November) 1985: Most of the Polish graves had been, or were being, decorated with flowers – nearly always chrysanthemums, but in one case dahlias – and lighted candles.

3. Chrysanthemums are never brought into the house – used extensively for decorating graves for All Saints and All Souls [Days]. Austria, Bavaria. 1950s & 60s [St John's Wood, London, May 1983].

4. From an informant of Italian origin, Kettering, Northamptonshire: chrysanthemums not brought into house because of association with funerals, cemeteries [Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. March 1982].

List is from: http://www.plant-lore.com/845/chrysanthemum/

This is a MoonFire Dahlia. It has a single row of florets and therefore it is considered a single-flowered dahlia. It was originally cultivated in the Netherlands but was send in error to the UK as unnamed seedlings.

White Calla Lily

A Calla Lily is very fascinating. First of all it is actually not a lily at all. It is a member of the Calla genus but it is not a calla flower either. Calla lilies are part of the zantedenschia genus and there are over twenty eight different species of calla lilies. They have a very fascinating history, if any of you ever care to look it up.
