I remember as a little kid, the TV previews scared me. How was it?

Emily's Journal by Sarah Fermi (Cambridge, 2006)

9/10 :star: :star: :star: :star: :star: :star: :star: :star: :star:
Compelling and renowned biographical fiction about Emily's inspiration for Wuthering Heights, beyond the Robert Heaton / Ponden Hall connection.

Emily Brontë Reappraised, Claire O'Callaghan (Salford, 2018).

The editing is very poor in this book :(

So far, I'm nonplussed.

Infinite Jest - David Foster Wallace
3rd time
Every time I read it, it's a different book. Is it reflecting my own changes? Is this book a mirror, on top of everything else?

Same with Moby Dick. But this time I want the "illustrated classic" or whatever the correct term is.

For the first time in recent history, I am not reading anything!! !

Ten thousand stars for Emily Brontë: Heretic by Stevie Davies. It was beyond brilliant.

I'm looking toward Daughter of Earth and Water: A Biography of Mary Wollstonecraft Shelley, by Noel Gerson -- as soon as my migraine takes a hike.
