I'm currently re-reading Snowcrash by Neal Stephenson.
It's set in a near future dystopian America and follows the adventures of a free-lance hacker amusingly called Hiro Protagonist and a digital and human affecting drug called "Snowcrash" There are also themes of language, the tower of Babel and the world being significantly run eventually by corporate entities as well as governments.
It's a cracking read if you like tech styled cyber punk stories. It grips me more the further into it I get.
