It has studs. And besides why would a goblin warrior be carrying a gum ball machine?

Well, gumball machine or not, he has a point still. You could draw the studs to be set in a pattern, and also show bumps where the studs would be rising off of the weapon.

I complete agreement. I was thinking of revising this and making the hammer squarish? Or making it a spear instead lol. Something easier for me to make discernible.

Anyways, I have done a few new pieces, but this one is my favorite

From The Nether

My original intention was to sit down to draw a flower. This was the end result. I think she is lovely. I used a black rolle 0.5 black and colored bic pens for detail. Under sketch was 0.5 mechanical pencil.

Fire Fairy

It started as an idea to draw a humanoid Navi from Zelda and ended up as something completely different. My favorite feature is how the transition from body to flames turned out.

Another queen from ancient Egypt, but not really meant to represent any particular historical personage. However, the crown did draw its influence from Nefertiti's famous bust. The dark marks around her face are supposed to be scars deliberately inflicted for beautification as seen in some Central African societies today. The chains running to the scarab from under her eyes have an East African inspiration, but I forgot the name of the exact ethnic group.

Punk Elf Caricature

Graphite, charcoal and ink pen. My favorite feature was the spiked collar. I am very proud of how it turned out. My wrist is really sore from a long mmo bout and doodling. Told myself I NEED a break and I still caved in. No more for a day or two.

Nice!

I noticed in a thread you made that a friend was bothered by the types of drawings you did, I would have replied but I didn't have the time earlier.

I just wanted to let you know that your art is art, and I know you aren't trying to mock or insult anyone. Although I raise my eyebrows when I see boobs drawn on your sexy African women, it's just because I wasn't expecting to see it. You should feel free to draw what interests you, and you have my support in the matter (although a sixteen year old girl who draws manga as a hobby is hardly good support).

^ I second that, though I notice they have rather broad shoulders. Do they really look like that?

Anyway, one of my Facebook friends, a public school teacher, has suggested we collaborate on an illustrated book about time-traveling to ancient Egypt that's aimed at a young audience. Here are some concept art for Sadek, a beautiful Egyptian princess who is one of the characters I have planned:

The throwing knife she wields in her right hand in the second picture is based on Central African design, and she uses a whole bagful of these rather as a ninja would use shuriken stars.

Both of us are on the more muscular than average side. ;)

Really digging your new Egyptian themed art.

^ In all honesty I think you over-emphasize the minutia of clothing and outward appearance when it comes to designing characters.
