She's was bitten on her birthday and now A face in the crowd she's not And I suspect that now forever the shape She came to escape is forgot And it's a lot to ask and not to sting Give her less than everything Around your crooked conscious she will wind

You're cynical and beautiful You always make a scene You're monochrome delirious You're nothing that you seem I'm drowning in your vanity Your laugh is a disease You're dirty and you're sweet You know you're everything to me
Everything you are Falls from the sky like a star Everything you are Whatever ever you want
I wanna kick at the machine That made you piss away your dreams And tear at your defences 'Til there's nothing there but me You're angry when you're beautiful Your love is such a tease I'm drowning in your dizzy noise I wanna feel you scream

I can't state how many times this album was played in my home growing up. My Mom showed me how to play records on the stereo and from then on I was spinning songs on my own!
Isabella: I know you and/or I have posted this song before (it could be posted daily and it wouldn't be enough) but the guitar part at 1:22 (bum bum bum bum bum bum bee bum, thring). It's one of my favorite guitar parts of any song I've ever heard. I used to lift the needle on the record as a kid and play that part many times in succession.

OMG Thank you Magna! I'm reading Wuthering Heights right now and this is my tribute song to Emily Brontë!
Such perfect timing!
I agree with that little riff!! ! (You were one awesome little kid, btw!) (I used the lyrics of this song in the 188 page Autism assessment / developmental autobiography that I wrote)
