This song does wonders for me, too!
I remember OZZY vanished two years ago and people thought he committed suicide.
I was crying and playing this on repeat.

(Note - if Ozzy dies, people better beware of me).

I have this certain connection with some musicians too. David Bowie, Syd Barrett and especially Stevie Nicks speaks to my soul. Oh and also Neil Young

You're speaking my language too, AprilR!

Kind of long, but I have to watch this from time to time. I remember when it first came out. I was hooked!

I was fortunate enough to see a Neil Young acoustic solo show in the early nineties. It was just the best. We were only a few rows back from the front row. I will remember it always.

My father loved Neil Young. He requested that we play Harvest Moon at his funeral, because he wanted to see us dance again, and for everyone to remember that he's still in love with us. Gulp.

My nephew's band does a beautiful cover of Harvest Moon as a tribute to his "Grampy".
I'll ask them to play it tonight while they jam.

@Magna: It's so good to be among like-minded people! I felt so strange when David Bowie passed away, i still remember the day. And wow, i wish i could see him live too, people always say this but i really feel like i was born on the wrong generation.

@Isabella: Your good taste of music must have come from your dad :) He also sounds like a very sweet person so i guess you were alike personality wise too. And it's such a nice idea to pay tribute to him like that!
