Great song. It's always been one of my favorites. I like the guitar including/especially the very last chord at the end.

Are you appealing to my dark side today, Magna?

It actually feels good to let off some steam. Thanks!

Viewer Discretion: Violence and War

Magna - you have to watch this ^ OMG.

Politicians hide themselves away
They only started the war
Why should they go out to fight?
They leave that role to the poor

Steam on, Isabella!

Arrghhh! It's killing me. The guitar part at 29-30 seconds, the rapid up/down stepping kind of thing in that specific part of the song reminds me of a part of another song from another band, but I can't place it at the moment. I hate when that happens! Now that part is going to loop in my head today as I try to figure out which other song I'm reminded of....

That was very powerful, Isabella. Humans are capable of such good and such achievement but it makes me sad how often some choose the opposite.

I'm having a 'the world is too cruel' day, so War Pigs hit the spot for me.

I'm trying to hear another band in Faeries Wear Boots, but I can't name one.

Here's one to make me cry from when I was 13.
(First love and all that, plus roller skates and disco lights: a perfect maelstrom):

It's just the guitar at the 29-30 second part of Fairies Wear Boots that reminds me of guitar in another song.

I can empathize with your mood. I've surely been there.

Maybe you're not a Dylan fan, but hopefully this makes you feel a bit better. The "it's alright" gives me consolation sometimes. Not so much the farewell aspects of the song.
