Rainbow

I made sure the colors blended to add effect to this rainbow. I also added shading to the cloud and added detailing to the grass.

coming from you who has an entirely unrelated method of producing pictures, i feel properly congratulated and thanks for your encouragement.
i am not able to draw with my hands like you can, and i think that your drawings are very much a physical thing, and i am mystified as to how you can draw such things without flinching.

my hands are divorced almost entirely from my mind, and none of my creative imagination ever makes it all the way to my hands.

you are a lucky girl to be able to do what you do and i am lucky as well to have your approval of my stuff.

Luckily, there are media that makes motor skills completely irrelevant but they let you make representational art. I have no idea how fractals work though.

The real issue is if you simply don't 'know' where to make your pencil marks or whatever medium you're working with. A non-artist mind has a tendency to exaggerate features like make self portraits with huge faces, huge heads, and don't have a strong grasp of the third dimension. If you ever come across a book titled 'Drawing on the right side of the brain', it should explain most of everything you need to know.

Alas, I'm on vacation for a week (attending a funeral service for my recently departed grandma), so I can't scan in any new drawings until I get back home.
