That's about it.

I hope he comes back next year to Coachella or Burning Man. His music is great!

This is the only dubstep track I've heard that I like, but its freaking massive... a little dull at first but when the bass kicks in around 1:22 - bliss...

I was intrigued by this thread and clicked play, because I've never heard dubstep before.

It initially didn't seem like much, but was ok....

And then the first bass drop hit, my eyes transfixed on the screen, my ears perked up, literally they moved and stayed perked. My muscles tightened slightly, shivers went down my spine. This song sent waves of euphoric bliss through my mind and body. I was enraptured. I've never witnessed anything like this, it's unbelievable, I'm in awe.

I played it over and over, and have played several of the other links, this genre is pure magic. I'm drawn to it, must listen, must keep hearing....

It's been about 40 minutes since i first listened, and I feel exhausted by it, an I'm physically perspiring...which I never do...I just, my mind is reeling. I cannot truly explain....

This has been stuck in my head off and on for the past few weeks, glad I'm finally getting a chance to listen to it again. This tune's really minimal but Riya's rnb vocals are mesmerizing. Reminds me a bit of something by Commissioner that was on the Aphrodite's 98' Takeover Bid mix:

Listening to this right now, interesting to see that he composed nearly every if not all of the tunes in this mix - then again I can see where he might have trouble finding other artists in character. Like his mixdowns, percussion comes out real crisp.

I love Dubstep! I love Skream, Burial, DMZ, etc. I'm an aspie who loves dubstep, acid house, drum n bass, rave music & jungle! I love going to raves and dancing all night :) I'm an aspie raver! PLUR Peace Love Unity Respect!

I love the original Dubstep scene; Burial, Skream, DMZ, Kode9, Mala, etc. but I don't mind Brostep either (Rusko, Skrillex, Flux Pavillion, Doctor P etc.) I've been into dubstep for 6 years and I still love it! Skrillex isn't really dubstep but i don't care! :)

I'm not a dubstep fan, but I think the following examples are pretty funny and nicely made:

I have two compilations, "The Roots of Dubstep" and Ministry of Sound's "The Sound of Dubstep", plus the Skream album.

you should get this one then, I think you'd like it.

:?: ok, am I the only Aspie who can't stand Dubstep? I mean, this is the definition of sensory overload. Some of it can sound good, but the "wub wub wuuuuuuuuuuub" literally instills a physical reaction, and not a good one. Just thought i'd ask :D
