Thank you very much for sharing your story, which explains where your music came from.
I wish you keep going your way. Don't stop as I believe that you have some talents in this area.
I also, thank you for posting one of greatest pieces as well.
I see its 4th movement starts at 31:32, which is the best part of this music IMO.

However, to my ears, most symphonies sound too heavy.. as does this piece. Sorry about that.
I've never liked a full symphony since I really hate the sound of horns, trumpets, trombones and timpanies.
Actually I only like to listen to sonata parts of any symphonies ; a solo instrument or a small ensemble.
You could see that I've mostly posted those sort of parts with every player having extreme gift, passion and insanity(to some extent) which I value the most.
Thank you very much....
but your affection towards me seems very very superficial..as it seems that you didn't read the post quoted...
I hate symphonies :( ........
I'm not into only classical music either.
But thank you and love you anyway.

Hey, perfectly fine. Everybody's tastes are a little different. Music is a very subjective and personal thing. For example, I cannot stand modern pop music, or dubstep.

Perhaps you might like this song I made a couple of years ago:

There's a solo around every corner. 8)
Thank you very much for everything.
I like your song that your song seems full of happiness, thankfulness of surroundings and easy to listen to..going very smoothly.
I liked that you mixed some sounds of nature as well and I liked the sound of the instruments from 5:37 especially.

Thanks. Yes, you have the right interpretation. That is definitely the mood and thematic aesthetics I was trying to convey. The instruments at the end you mentioned are a vibraphone that I synthesized from the actual Sega Genesis chip. I used up 3 sound channels to make it into this thick stereo effect.

The next instrument was a sampled flute that I played live on my PC keyboard along with the song. I recorded it, and inserted the wave file. This will actually play on the original game system, but it takes more space than the biggest video game that came out in the 90's for it. This is because of all the sample files I used. Really pushing the hardware chip to it's limits.

Also, this song is kind of based on the concept of life on Galveston Island, where I was originally born and raised. The lead synth sound is supposed to be a little girl walking on the seashore singing for joy into the sunset horizon. My tourettes syndrome and anxieties and ADHD make it hard to be in a state of peace and serenity, so this song also conveys my desire to be at peace and filled with love, joy, and thankfulness!

I synthesized the speech at the intro of the song using a hidden feature of the Sega Genesis chipset that was discovered in 2009. Can you figure out what she is saying? :o

She is saying:
"My name is Melodina...
Take my hand...
Sing with me..."

There's a picture of how she might look on the top of this page: https://soundcloud.com/marcb0t/ocean-melody-version-1

The synthesized speech is very old method, and is not very easy to understand. Maybe if I had put more time into it, it might be better.

Have a wonderful and restful day!

I thought that synthesized voice added cuteness, joyfulness to that robotic being(I'd rather imagine it's robotic being not real human..it seems fitter to game songs) and since this speech is not understandable it's mixed with the rest of your song better in many ways, giving listeners room for imagining as well.

Have a great day and night! :D

And I thought that it's a good idea to quote what I mentioned about my taste at this specific spot in this page for some reason.

Well, at least I have the passion and insanity! :P
But a lot of the other musicians you've been sharing are incredibly gifted and blow me completely out of the water! I don't know if I can touch that kind of skill. 8O

Nevertheless, I will keep in mind what you have said.
