Eh, not as interesting as burning churches. But anyway, I forgot about Morbid Angel, f*****g legends, they are from Florida if I remember.
I hate Disgorge, it sounds worse than scenegrind. Never payed much attention to Impaled, maybe I'll get into them one day. Dimmu is one of my favorite bands, but their new cd was a bit of a disappointment. I have like, 5 or 6 of their albums.

"Most of the rumors concerning The Black Legions revolve around their recording sessions; e.g. inserting a microphone into a rat's anus to record the Mogovtre demo. Later, however, it was stated to have been a Bichon dog. It was also rumored that the circle lived in a castle. The castle was stated to be Meyhna'ch's house at the time. After his leaving of the circle, the members spent time living in the forest. They had no income for a period of time. A lot of the rumors are started on forums, but many have been discussed and been approved or denied by some of the members themselves." Personally I find that to be really interesting, but thats just me heh.. But your right, Graveland (pol) and the scandinavian bands obsession with desecrating christ in such ways are indeed far more interesting.

Samoth and Varg are my heros. In that sense anyway.. Also Varg has a lot of good ideas but not EVERYTHING he says is logical lol. Well, I admire most of the "extra curriculum activities" (lol), but his murdering of Euronymous was definetly not one of them

Yeah, I'm still not sure if I know how Euronymous sounds as a singer, their lineup was always changing and s**t.

Try De Mysteriis Dom Sathanas, I think that was the last album he was in before he died. Buried by Time and Dust is his best by far, and I like the last track a lot as well.

I have De Mysterious whatever, I heard he wasn't singing on that album, it was Atilla or something. Either way, I like the vocals on that cd.

Yeah, thats right.
I think he played guitar on the first album or something, I have no idea, they have like the most confusing lineup in metal history.

The only songs I listen to by them repeatedly is Necrolust, and the songs I just mentioned anyway. Im not nearly as much of a fan as I am with Moonblood, DSO and Emperor.

Im more into symphonic black metal, or black/death metal like Behemoth and Belphegor.
My friend is a huge nut for black metal, hes in a black metal band by himself and another one with other people, both of em are good.

Thats his one man band, he makes all the music on his keyboard and records it on his mp3 player.
His other band, I think they changed their name or something, I'm all confused about it.

Its actually interesting, just having keyboards and a drum machine, I think I might use that idea :P Cause I cant play guitar for s**t. However I think he has way too much of a CoF influence with his vocal style, and seemingly generic lyrics but Im sure something great will come from it some day.

Ha, in his other band, he said sometimes he would just yell and grunt and say some words and pretend he was singing actual lyrics, when he was really just making it up as he went long.

Thats what I did when I screamed for Blasphemy of Ages, I think I was around 15 at the time, or something. Ended with disaster as it does with all things, but it was fun while it lasted.
