I like quite a bit of that music, Alanis Morrisette is probably my favourite out of what I am familiar with. I'm afraid I'll have to take points off for Amy Winehouse. Points on for acknowledging the old Avril Lavigne though (not chucking the baby out with the bathwater, so to speak). Some of the rock bands are a bit unadventurous for my tastes, but I'll give the list a solid 7.5/10

I like! It looks like you've taken the time to explore the rock/metal/prog genres. Even though some is a tad heavy for me, I can still appreciate the musicianship of the heavier bands you've chosen. Plus you've got Pink Floyd. That's gotta be an 8.5 out of 10

Out of those bands i know.
Porcupine Tree - This is one of my favorite bands. Their best song is Anethsetize.
Radio Head - Don't like that much, they are OK.
Coldplay - I hear them on the radio sometimes but have never heard the full album, some of their songs sound ok.
Pink Floyd - I like it, but i think Wish you were here is a better album.
Tool - My friend let me listen to a few songs, i didnt really like them much. I might listen to more soon.
Caravan - I don't like the singing on that album, the song Nine feet underground is ok though.
I will rate your list 7/10 :)
