Yes, I’ve read it and certainly think it’s worth reading as an adult. I also enjoyed the sequel Through the Looking Glass although I haven’t read either in many years. I have been thinking about rereading them recently.

I can rarely be bothered to read books but I do like to collect books that I find interesting and cherry-pick the most interesting chapters. Ik this is psuedo-intellectual wannabe INTJ ish but Dreams by Sigmund Freud, Lovecraft short stories, Will To Power by Friedrich Nietzsche, whatever philosophy books I find in charity shops like about consciousness or about identity, 1987 history encyclopedia thing (but also Dork Diaries as well lmfao) and Dean Koontz but more Stephen King

The Passenger, by Cormac McCarthy.

A salvage diver recovers a submerged plane filled with dead passengers, while one is mysteriously missing. In his personal life, he is obsessed with his dead sister, with whom he may have had an incestuous relationship with. What else do you expect from a Cormac McCarthy novel?
So far, so good.
Incidentally, this is one of two last books published by McCarthy before he passed away.

Finished reading Acne, by Laura Chinn, which is a pretty harrowing memoir, with an uplifting ending, only very slightly about having acne. Currently reading These Fevered Days, by Martha Ackmann, which is about Emily Dickinson. A bit slow going.

I don't have time to read right now because I'm busy having an OK personality.

I'll sneak a chapter when he goes to the smithy to forge his sword.
