This guy has passed away. He turned pro as a bodybuilder in his 40's. A very useful guy. No sense doing hard work weight training without knowing what works and what's safe, and this guy knew his stuff.

There's a version out there on YT of The Big Ship slowed down considerably and it's pretty great. Anyway, here's another song with Eno's influence all over it...
