Surprisingly, only 4 ABBA singles made the top 10 in the USA. This one topped at 15. Mamma Mia barely cracked the top 40. I remember them better than that, probably because I had a best-of record. Ring Ring didn't chart at all, but I remember it.

ABBA were huge in the rest of the world from 1976-1980. Surprised to hear that they made a relatively minor impact in the USA!

^ Yep, that was a great song, their best single in 1978, IMO.


I think Dancing Queen was the peak for the group in 1976 - I'm curious to know how that fared in the USA.
