I wasn't a huge Cyndi Lauper fan, but this is one of my favorite live performances, ever. The audio on this copy isn't awesome. I recorded this from HBO in the 80's, bought the VHS, and then the laser disc. It's really hard to find a legit copy anymore. I bought a bootleg for a friend a few years ago.
I haven't been a Madonna fan in a while and find her later concerts kinda meh, but this song I've listened to a time or two! (Video should start at 1:51:30, but that feature doesn't seem to work here, click on second to last track in set list, "Give It 2 Me".)
She's about 50 for this tour, and that was 13 years ago!

Curious how YouTube changes your suggested playlists when you listen to things you haven't in a while. I see Jinjer coming up, so I'll listen to that, too!
This one contains some surprises, and yeah, that's her voice!
This one will always remind me of Second Life. It was in every industrial club's play list in 2006. I miss Club Industry, and the time of lots of live humans in-world. I wish Second Life had made it big, but the company that ran it embraced "clever" resident manipulation of search results until it was too late and new visitors couldn't find anything or anyone in-world. That, and they chased the corporate world they wanted rather than the freaks and geeks they already had.
I forgot KMFDM had a song called Amnesia. I wrote a song called Amnesia. Mine was about gathering everything I downloaded, created, studied, wrote, posted during the worst year of my life, into a folder called "the year of humiliating experiences", and deleting it, and in the process, forgetting the whole, rotten thing. I did recently set to private almost all my facebook posts of the last year and a half, as the year of humiliating experiences has dragged into its second year.
