Legs And Co dancing to Boney M's 'Brown Girl In The Ring' on Top Of The Pops in 1978. Pan's People are the best known dancing troupe on TOTP, from the late 1960s to the mid-1970s, but I reckon Legs & Co (1976-81) were just as good, if not better.....

Absolutely priceless snapshot of the British chart music scene in early 1971, hope it's never removed from YouTube! This is from 'Top Of The Pops', introduced by Tony Blackburn, and featuring a rundown of the week's top 30. Many of the dancers clearly come from the late-1960s hippy era, but we were now just about to enter the Glam Rock period, as the presence of The Sweet and T Rex in the rundown shows. Not a bad song from Sakkarin either.
