I try my best to give people the indication that they should not trifle with me. Not out of some arrogance, or ego, but out of not wanting to emotionally hurt a person. But if they ceaselessy keep coming at you - what can you do?

And when they deceive other people to your detriment, it's like a double blow. People get deceived and you (me) are on a backfoot for no good reason.

*shrugs*

My general thoughts on cyber 'warfare' in the following video:

Morrissey, making music videos of being in a wheelchair whilst being a pop star, symbolic of his crippling, disabling depression.

Oh, but he said something very depressing and 'offensive' according to a group of pedants. I guess he should be cancelled?

Kill me now.

P.S, I'd like to see Meghan Markle in a wheelchair (in a simulated video like this one). That'd be some delicious irony.

Imagine the duchess of sussex coming up with this tune, laying on her back like Morrissey, transparent and vulnerable.

Oh, how very relatable.

"Oh, take me back to dear old Blighty
Put me on the train for London Town
Take me anywhere
Drop me anywhere
In Liverpool, Leeds or Birmingham
But I don't care
I should like to see—

I don't bless them

Farewell to this land's cheerless marshes
Hemmed in like a boar between archers
Her very Lowness with her head in a sling
I'm truly sorry but it sounds like a wonderful thing
I say Charles don't you ever crave
To appear on the front of the Daily Mail
Dressed in your mother's bridal veil?
(Oh, oh-oh, oh)

And so I checked all the registered historical facts
And I was shocked into shame to discover
How I'm the 18th pale descendant
Of some old queen or other
Oh has the world changed, or have I changed?
Oh has the world changed, or have I changed?
Some nine year old tough who peddles drugs
I swear to God, I swear I never even knew what drugs were
(Oh, oh-oh, oh)

So I broke into the Palace
With a sponge and a rusty spanner
She said, "Eh, I know you, and you cannot sing"
I said, "That's nothing, you should hear me play piano"
We can go for a walk where it's quiet and dry
And talk about precious things
But when you are tied to your mother's apron
No-one talks about castration
(Oh, oh-oh)

We can go for a walk where it's quiet and dry
And talk about precious things
Like love and law and poverty, oh, oh
(These are the things that kill me)

We can go for a walk where it's quiet and dry
And talk about precious things
But the rain that flattens my hair, oh
(These are the things that kill me)
All their lies about makeup and long hair, are still there

Past the pub that saps your body
And the church who'll snatch your money
The Queen is dead, boys
And it's so lonely on a limb
Pass the pub that wrecks your body
And the church, all they want is your money
The Queen is dead, boys
And it's so lonely on a limb

Life is very long, when you're lonely
Life is very long, when you're lonely
Life is very long, when you're lonely
Life is very long, when you're lonely"

^I love The Smiths :). Great choice! I enjoy Morrissey's "Late Night, Maudlin Street" for similar reasons. A great song to get the sadness out.

Belle and Sebastian - Fold Your Hands Child, You Walk Like a Peasant

The music is simple and the horn parts are fairly predictable, but their music is so satisfyingly private. A blanket in the dark.

Listening, with my eyes closed, so I don't watch the video and violate the thread title.

But then I open my eyes again, and all becomes clear and well...

This individual was a very unfortunate individual. No-one should be chased down any British street in this manner. It is an awful thing.

But it is also very understandable. The BBCorporation are continually lying about the pandemic, like the 'ministry of truth' (the ministry of lies) - from George Orwell's 1984 novel.

They do this with almost 4 billion in funds from the tax payer. Paying men more than women, harbouring people like Jimmy Saville & having onboard Martin Bashir the fraud, who 'fixed' all of his princess Diana coverage, possibly leading to her death, in part due to the psychological stress he caused her.

Pixies - "Blown Away"

Now the sun is burning
In deepest space
That's the way things are
Through a storm I called you
It fell each day
I didn't get so far
My words get blown away
My lips are moving
If you touch my face
Did you hear my screams?
While we were sleeping
I tried to say
Even in my dreams
My words get blown away
Now the sun is burning
In deepest space
I didn't get so far
