This is my most recent piece, it's my first digital realistic artwork, I am pretty proud of it but I can't help seeing the errors :lol:
If anyone is wondering who this is, it is Matthew Gray Gubler and he plays Dr. Reid in Criminal Minds, you all should seriously watch the show :D

Tried combining Penelope Cruz's and Aishwarya Rai's features for a Tsundere/Oblivious to Love OC Hartley.

My avatar is one of a series I'm working on that uses physics simulation to distort images based on their brightness values.

This is a recreation of the 1985-89 Saskatchewan Roughriders (Canadian Football League) jerseys. :)

I have wanted to make something like this for a while. It's Mike, my main role play character and the analogue of me in my imaginary science fiction universe. I don't have much experience drawing people, and I was actually pretty surprised with how well it turned out. This character has an elaborate backstory, but in a nutshell he is an inventor and a scientist in the middle of a Solar System colonization war. He lost his left arm from the elbow down in the crash of an experimental plane and so he got it replaced by his signature robotic arm with a bunch of interchangeable gadgets that can fold out and a computer with the blue part being a touch screen. The object in his right hand is a gun from the fictional universe: a particle cannon pistol which Mike always carries one with him for self-defense.

It is an extra step to click the link to my art, which I really do want to share, but photographed it. It is a bird in flight, oil on canvas. I don't know how others get their full pictures on their posts.

Quote:
LET the bird of loudest lay,
On the sole Arabian tree,
Herald sad and trumpet be,
To whose sound chaste wings obey.

But thou shriking harbinger,
Foul precurrer of the fiend,
Augur of the fever's end,
To this troop come thou not near!

Here the anthem doth commence:
Love and constancy is dead;
Phoenix and the turtle fled
In a mutual flame from hence.

So between them love did shine,
That the turtle saw his right
Flaming in the phoenix' sight;
Either was the other's mine.

Threnos (eulogy):
'Beauty, truth, and rarity,
Grace in all simplicity,
Here enclosed in cinders lie.

To the phoenix and the dove,
Co-supremes and stars of love,
As chorus to their tragic scene.

Leaving no posterity:
'Twas not their infirmity,
It was married chastity.

Truth may seem, but cannot be:
Beauty brag, but 'tis not she;
Truth and beauty buried be'
.

-Highlights from my favorite poem by Shakespeare, The Phoenix and the Turtle [dove], thought by some to be about Queen Elizabeth I and Robert Devereux (2nd Earl of Essex). In any case it is allegorically about the death of an ideal love.

ASD, unofficially on online tests: 38 of 50. I don't function well. The huge impact on my life affects me more than "38". "Other" confounds and compounds, as well as expectations from others who can't see it.
