If your first life goal fails, might as well try again. I'd say it was worth it.

I defininitely suspect Jeff Goldblum of AS, he speaks mostly in a monotone and keeps a low profile.

Lewis Caroll is a huge example of AS, he didn't have very many friends and was said to be socially akward.

Dan Akyroyd says he has AS.

Other than that, I don't really know but I could guess. In my opinion, most of these actors esp. Angelie Jolie because she gets around all the time, show other disorders. These disorders among many actors would be Biopolar Disorder, Schizoid Disorder, Naricism(Yes it's a disorder), Addiction(Yes it can be a disorder), Major Depression(Yes it's a disorder), MPD(It is shown to be rare however). I don't know any more among actors except Meth addiction can look like a biopolar trait. They lose a lot of weight and feel so happy and active and then crash. Same can be true to crack and cocaine addiction.

I'm not sure about that list. I've never met any of those people before, but I doubt it's 100% accurate.

Just a question for confirmation. Some of these people on the list are said to have been diagnosed. Well...how do we know for sure? I'd like to know, because I think it'd be neat for someone famous that I admire to be an Aspie. Jeff Goldblum and Keanu Reeves are two of my favorite actors.

What about Johnny Depp? You think he might be an Aspie?

I don't think so. There was a thread (or two) about Depp a short while back...

I have a question, is it an Aspie trait to compare Asperger like traits to celebrities they admire?
Are aspies only wanting to see whats not there.

Billy Corgan's younger brother was diagnosed with AD as a child, so I'm wouldn't be surprised. The song Spaceboy was written about him (Siamese Dream, song 10).

Courtney Love, who's mom was a psychologist, Carrol Lewis, said in an interview that her daughter had HFA, and an IQ of about 160. Then her dad got custody of her, and pretty much ruined her life. Now she's a crack whore with an IQ of half that, and if you ever see her Myspace page, it's an incoherent mess (I love you Courtney, but proof read first, and use paragraphs, jeez.)

And I give a shout out to you Tori, Fiona, and Bjork - you're my ladies!! !
And I love you too Johnny.

She probably seems aspie because she's Jewish.

Billy Corgan is prolly an aspie. He is an uber narcessist and his songs seem like they were written by an aspie. He's very obsessive. Also if you've seen his music videos he acts like he's an aspie too. He's got that creative awkward quality to him.

He hated the "system" (hence the Declaration of Independence).
He obsessed over Monticello.
He loved his colored sister-in-law after being a widow.
He waffled on various issues, showing indifferent objectivity.
He lobbied to congressionally get Monticello back when he went broke.
He obsessively recorded his finances and journals.
He obsessively built the University of Virginia.
He dressed in peculiar, non-stuffy clothing.
He was an all-around divergent person capable of birthing intellectual freedom like no other.

If you read anything he wrote he's highly rationable and super analyzes everything.

Barrett? Really? I don't think he was. As much as the guy was a hero to me, he took some heavy drugs (yes I do know he was pretty eccentric to begin with, but eccentricity and AS aren't always one and the same). And Robert Smith isn't an Aspie at all. Nowhere close. He is slightly weird (read Never Enough) but not an Aspie.
