My favourite performance of this song seems to have disappeared from YouTube at present, but this is still a very lively offering, from BBC Top of the Pops, 1982.

Here's the band's official video for the song. It features the disastrous speedboat accident which I always used to think was the fatal one which claimed the life of Donald Campbell at Coniston Water in 1967, but is in fact footage of the eerily similar demise of John Cobb on Loch Ness in 1952. I suppose it's included because of the lyric in the song about a pebble skipping across the water.
