The incomparable Dame Janet Baker - the aria "Dopo notte, atra e funesta" from Act 3 of Handel's opera Ariodante.

First performed at the Covent Garden Theatre (now better known a the Royal Opera House), London, on 8th January 1735.
This recording is from 1979.

I loved how they included this piece in John Wick 3. Such a well done scene too and I love the piece itself.

Not really a true classical piece but I love this piece from the move "A Beautiful Mind". Seeing the story of John Nash gives me hope. I get chills whenever I hear this in the movie opening. One of my favorite movies.
