Not all of it gives people a headache, there are some bands that have a melodic edge to them. The stereotype of it being "loud" and "satanic" gets old after a while.

Dubstep and modern day hip hop, rap, and pop. How anyone can enjoy the likes of Lil Wayne, Flo Rida, and Nicki Minaj is beyond me.

I absolutely hate rap, dubstep, drum and bass and death metal!

Some mainstream pop is 'average' to me as well

I see Classical, Jazz, and Heavy Metal listed. You must hate all music with any complexity, takes any talent to play, and has thought put into it. Go ahead, don't like them, but saying they are the worst genres is baseless and absurd.

Also, saying Spanish Music is the worst genre because you don't speak Spanish is ridicous. There are a lot of people who speak Spanish and don't speak English.

i do not like music that i can not mentally imagine how to play, and i also do not like music that does not interest me. i can like some songs in any genre, but the melody has to interest me before i will look closer at it, and then i may listen to the lyrics if they are present.

Most commercial top ten pop/country songs. They find one formula that has worked well originally, and then beat it into the ground. Country is the worst because both the lyrics and the key changes are so predictable it's painful to hear.
