I love Sleep!!

In case you weren't aware, there's some live video footage of them performing Dopesmoker and some tracks off Sleep's Holy Mountain on google video. Quality isn't great but it's the only live footage of them on the net.

Oooh! Thanks. I will look for that.

Ah yeah,

...and there's also Suicidal Tendencies if you like the more skater-thrash side of things (though anymore, them - like Type O Negative, I have a hard time listening to for some reason).

I posted a bit about this in the Adolescents' forum too, but, at the moment I'd list my fave bands/artists as Agalloch, Drudkh and probably Blut Aus Nord, Burzum has been regular lately as well.

Very good! Have you heard Blut aus Nord's 'The Work Which Transforms God'? I'd go so far as to call it a masterpiece.

Yes, that is actually my favourite of their releases, it's a beautiful disc... one of those you should listen to from start to finish, methinks.

My brain gets caught on Procession of the Dead Clowns and I keep ending up with it on repeat...

Ozzy
Motorhead
Megadeth

Please indulge me folks - any of these bands sound like NIN ripoffs? That is what I am curretnly into?

TIA
