I dubbed "Into the Dark: Soundtrack for the Novels of John Connolly" onto my computer.

Tracklist:

1. Rome, folk
2. Roscoe, indie
3. murderer, gothic
4. ghost of the girl in the well, gothic
5. hymn, folk
6. collecting shields, folk
7. the lost you, techno
8. the good hand, folk
9. ?
10. thirsty, folk
11. come undone, gothic
12. still waters, gothic
13. john wayne gacy jr., folk
14. ?

13, 10, 4, and 2 usualy make me cry. 12 is by the famous Jim White. 5 and 6 are pretty poignant, too.

downloaded:
teenage head - frantic city
teenage head - some kinda fun
neither seem as good as their first album, but still

The Drones - the miller's daughter
highly disappointing after my love of 'wait long by the river and the bodies of you enemies will float by' and gala mill

The Saints - Eternally Yours
crazy different to (i'm) stranded but still good

Electro Quarterstaff - Gretzky
8O

and a wile ago i bought:
behemoth - satanica
without a doubt one of the best DM albums there is

mayhem - ordo ad chao
i nearly shat myself when i found out they are coming to australia

The End - Transfer Trachea Reverberations from Point- False Omniscient
one of my favorite albums, it has a really raw feel to it

Julie Fowlis - cuilidh
The Audreys - When The Flood Comes

The first is a fantastic folk album, an excellent successor to her first record. The latter is a bit of a disappointment considering how much I enjoyed the Audrey's debut album of alt-country/roots.

The next album I intend to purchase is Portishead's new record Third, coming later this week.
