The first song you mentioned is one that definitely reminds me of us!!

It's also one of my favourite Kink songs because ot it.

The song "Strangely Strange but Oddly Normal" by the band Dr Strangely Strange is good, but may be a bit too weird even for aspies (I know, that's a VERY strong statement.) Some of the Looney Tunes songs that appear in random episodes (e.g The Upstanding Sitter and Boobs in the Woods) might be ones that Aspies relate to. As an aspie I also really like (in an autistic way): Stairway to Heaven, Always Look on the Bright Side of Life, You are Beautiful and some of Vivaldi's works (e.g RV 356).

For an unknown hes pretty good.
Didnt know Johnny Cash did a version of it.
Believe it or not there is a techno/disco version of the song made in the late nineties for the move "Studio 54" with female vocalists thats- actually- rather awesome.

Ive never desonstructed anything particularly aspie-related in the lyrics, but I love the song.

Lightfoot sounds downright appalling on the live videos compared to the studio version. It's a great song and a favourite of mine but I don't think I'd want to hear him sing it. :cry:
