I've been digging an old label sampler from 2006:

I found it off a website that was receiving special edition hard copy albums from various musicians to sell/raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support.

You can buy the hard copy as well as listen to the stream of the full digital album here:

They only have 40 hard copies of this particular album, but it doesn't look like they are selling out. edit: apparently they have 8 left!
I personally love it though.
