I am trying to find a site to sell my audio clips on. i am making a series of clips that run anywhere from 3 minutes to an hour long. talking about different subjects and giving advice on each one. the subjects range from spiritual ,logical , psychological, fringe science and many more.

I do not know how to get these on the web so people can buy them . Any advice for good sites to host this stuff ? how much would the service cost?
and how would i advertise my audio clips?

I really appreciate this. i want to be successful at this so i can get off dissablity and have my own business.

The simplest solution would be a music hosting website that offers download sales. I do not know of any offhand that allow sales, but I know there are some out there.

The best solution, to me, would be to look at building a site using Jamroom. It's built from the ground up to do just what you are asking.

Good luck.

reverbnation (I cant yet posts links, so you'l have to google it!) would probably be the simplest route for you to take, I use it allot to manage various artists, you can sell via napster/itunes/etc very easily. The music industry is changing massivly tho, we are now considering giving away all our music for free, and devoting time to promoting live performance, viewing music downloads as a promotional tool rather than an income, takes some of the stress out of falling sales accross the globe

I apologize for going off topic. It's sad that thieves (illegal downloaders) have more or less taken away any value music has to musicians...especially ones who don't tour. A lot of it is the music industry's fault for being slow to adapt and stupid for suing grandma's as their method of trying to scare people. It's next to impossible for indie musicians to make a living off their music without touring or a massive loyal fanbase.

Ok, rant over.
