My personal favorite hip-hop song of all-time would have to be "Rock Bottom" by Eminem.

If you have a favorite hip-hop song and that song is not listed anywhere in the group of hip-hop songs to choose from, specify which song is your favorite hip-hop song.

Thanks :).

I haven't listened to much of this genre, but - "Gangsta's Paradise" by Coolio.

"California Love" by 2Pac. It's one of my favorite songs in general. In fact, it was the first song I ever bought for my iPod.

From the list I´d choose Airplanes. I´d have preffered it if they did a version with the full paramore band(kinda like 50 did with linkin park) but its pretty awesome the way it is.

Im aware that this song isnt considered rap by quite an awfull lot of people(even though bob and eminem are rappers so here are a few songs that are probably more acceptable):
-Wanksta- 50 Cent
-Mockingbird- Eminem.
-Most songs by jon lajoie(everyday normal guy 1, 2...)

mostly the part where porn is all,

never said I'm ready to die but I accept it,
never said I'm ready for war but I'm protected.
I don't even know when it's comin but I expect it.
lost all semblance of hope and now I'm left with
nervous conditions, addictions, in addition to vixens that mixed in with
the wrong crowd.

et cetera.

I used to think I was a hip hop kid until I started a quasi relationship with a rasta man and all my preconceptions of life, the universe, and hip hop jumped up and ran and I have not regained the ability to groove with it since.

The most powerful rap song ever was "the Message" by Grandmaster Flash, way back in the early 80's.
You didnt even list it!
